* Safely operate an insured vehicle and maintain a professional driving record that meets company standards

* Navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and challenging addresses, using strong navigational skills and map-reading abilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with recipients, addressing concerns, and resolving delivery issues transparently

* Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure safe and reliable operations

* Collaborate with team members and management to share feedback, suggest process improvements, and contribute to a supportive work environment

* Uphold company policies and safety protocols, demonstrating reliability and professional behavior in all customer interactions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 18 years of age

* Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards

* Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes

* Strong navigational skills with the ability to read maps and locate addresses accurately

* Ability to navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and challenging delivery locations

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
