YourJobs.com is a US jobs search engine. We list vacancies from partner job feeds — covering direct employers, recruitment agencies and national job networks — so jobseekers can search the US market in one place, free, with no signup.

What we do

We index US job vacancies and surface them across all 23 SOC 2018 occupational major groups and all 50 states. The site is free for jobseekers — search by job title, sector, state, city, ZIP code, or named employer. When you click Apply we send you straight through to the source listing so you can complete your application directly with the employer or agency.

How we choose what to show

We don't accept paid placement in search results. Listings are ranked by a combination of recency and relevance, with optional sort by salary. The broadest, freshest US job feed comes from our partner network; over time we expect to add additional partners as our reach grows.

The AI Vulnerability Index

We publish an original AI Vulnerability Index — a 0-100 composite score per US occupation estimating short-term AI exposure. It synthesises three published research signals (Frey & Osborne 2013, OpenAI/Penn 2023, Anthropic Economic Index 2024) into a single ranking. Read the methodology for the formula, components, and limitations. The dataset is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.

How we make money
