Compensation

• Base Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 annually, based on experience and productivity

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine services to patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care and health maintenance services
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate closely with experienced clinical and administrative staff
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Contribute to improving the overall health of the community

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
• DEA certification or eligibility
• Passion for community-focused healthcare
