Job DescriptionJoin a hospital-employed anesthesia team in New York’s Southern Adirondack region.
Clinical Practice
- Broad case mix including orthopedics, urology, vascular, general surgery, plastics, robotics, OB/GYN, GI, interventional radiology, and healthy pediatrics.
- No intracranial or cardiac cases.
- CRNA medical direction model with a maximum supervision ratio of 1:4.
- Epic EMR and academic affiliation.
Schedule
- Forty-eight-hour weekly commitment.
- Most weeks: one 24-hour shift plus two 12-hour daytime shifts.
- When fully staffed: four weekday 12-hour shifts.
- The 24-hour shift can fall on a weekday or weekend; typically no more than one weekend shift every two weeks.
- Independent overnight coverage required; schedules depend on staffing needs.
Comp & Benefits
- $550,000 base salary, based on experience.
- $30,000 sign-on bonus payable at employment commencement.
- Eight weeks PTO plus one week CME.
- $5,000 annual CME allowance.
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000, with three quotes required.
- Loan forgiveness of $20,000 annually for up to five years.
- Health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and malpractice with tail coverage.
- Reimbursement for New York licensure, DEA, and medical staff dues.
