Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a public school, providing targeted academic support, mentoring, and classroom assistance to help students stay on track to graduate. You’ll lead small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom lessons, and monitor student progress. You will build positive relationships, support social-emotional learning, and help create an inclusive, engaging school climate.
