Academic Tutor and Mentor

City Year is seeking an Academic Tutor and Mentor to serve in public schools, supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth. In this role, you will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom instruction, and help create an encouraging learning environment. You will mentor students, support attendance and engagement initiatives, and collaborate closely with teachers and school staff.
