K-12 Academic Tutor and Mentor - Nonprofit Education

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, supporting classroom instruction, and monitoring student progress. You will build positive relationships, mentor students in social-emotional skills, and help improve attendance and engagement. Working on a diverse team, you’ll collaborate with teachers, participate in training and coaching, and contribute to a culture of inclusion, social justice, and continuous learning while developing your own professional and leadership skills.
