Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. Working full-time on a diverse team, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, in-class support, and mentoring that helps students build skills, confidence, and engagement. You’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and contribute to a positive school climate. City Year offers coaching, training, and leadership development in a collaborative, inclusive culture committed to social justice and student success.
