K-12 Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in K–12 public schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. You will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom instruction, track student progress, and assist with behavior and attendance support. Working on a diverse team, you’ll help create an inclusive, engaging school climate, lead after-school and enrichment activities, and participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, equity, and youth development while making a direct impact in students’ lives.
