Location: Nashville, TN (Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote)

You'll work directly with hosts and property managers on a globally beloved marketplace, driving growth for a brand people don't just use, they love. We're looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Account Executive to join our Nashville-based team supporting this iconic hospitality brand. Competitive pay, real career growth, and the chance to say you work on one of the most talked-about accounts in tech.
Key Responsibilities
● Outreach & Acquisition
○ Proactively identify, research, and engage high-potential hosts and business
partners using outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
○ Deliver consultative sales pitches and tailored solutions to prospective
clients, guiding them through the onboarding process.
● Relationship Building
○ Establish rapport and build trust quickly with decision-makers and key
stakeholders.
○ Serve as a knowledgeable advocate, educating prospects on platform
offerings, market trends, and industry best practices.
○ Maintain ongoing communications to ensure a seamless onboarding
experience and exceptional customer service.
● Pipeline Management & Reporting
○ Progress opportunities through the sales pipeline, consistently meeting or
exceeding individual KPIs and targets.
○ Accurately record and manage customer data and sales activities in CRM
systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
○ Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations based on market
feedback and client interactions.
● Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
○ Work closely with territory sales teams, program managers, and internal
stakeholders to achieve team and company goals.
○ Share success stories, innovative solutions, and process improvements.
○ Engage actively in ongoing training, personal development, and knowledge
sharing.
Skills & Qualifications
● 2–3 years of sales, business development, or equivalent experience (preferably in
travel, property, SaaS, or digital marketing).
● Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven
setting.
● Formal sales training or top individual contributor recognition (e.g., President’s Club)
is a plus.
● Experience with outbound sales and managing high-volume queries across multiple
platforms.
● Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
(e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
● Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written & verbal) in
English; additional languages are a plus.
● BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
● Strong organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities.

● High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer
service.
