Responsibilities

Drive net-new business and exceed sales quotas
-
Prospect and develop relationships with companies with 50+ employees within your assigned territory

Engage directly with decision-makers and C-level executives
-
Maintain a consistent pipeline by advancing in-person meetings with qualified prospects

Close new accounts and collect all necessary implementation documentation

Support new clients through the go-live process

Maintain expert knowledge of the company's HR software platform through ongoing training

Travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight travel

Contribute to additional projects as needed
Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor's degree required (Business or Professional Selling preferred)
Experience

Proven success in a competitive, fast-paced B2B sales environment

Demonstrated ability to exceed goals and performance metrics

Experience may include full-time B2B sales, B2B internships, or collegiate sales competitions
