What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in renewable energy, solar, energy storage, EV charging, electrical distribution, electrical construction, or a related industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, battery energy storage systems, EV charging infrastructure, or related renewable energy technologies.
• Strong consultative selling, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests, project opportunities, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Work is performed in a combination of office, branch, customer, and project-site environments. Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or move through active project environments. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to travel by automobile or air, as needed, to support customers, projects, branches, vendors, training programs, and industry events. Customer and project-site visits may require the use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Location: This role is based in Sacramento, CA Work hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Salary Range: This is an exempt position with an anticipated annual base salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 for employees working in California. The actual starting salary will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan. Commission earnings are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable commission program.
