Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a licensed Insurance Account Manager with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license and proven experience as a licensed insurance agent or insurance producer. This full-time, on-site role is designed for an experienced insurance professional who can manage and grow an established book while also leading a team. This position is open due to continued agency growth and requires someone who can step in immediately, deliver measurable results, and help elevate overall team performance.

Core responsibilities include managing and growing an established book of business, conducting proactive policy reviews and identifying coverage gaps, driving cross-sell growth across auto, home, and life insurance lines, maintaining strong client retention through consistent relationship management, serving as a liaison between clients and internal team members to ensure seamless service, engaging with both existing clients and new prospects, including cold and warm opportunities, resolving complex client concerns with confidence and ownership, and contributing to workflow efficiency and scalable agency growth initiatives.

Performance in this role is measured by client retention, cross-sell growth within the existing client base, new premium production, and overall contribution to agency revenue and operational effectiveness.

Leadership expectations include operating independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative in improving processes and supporting team success, leading through performance, accountability, and professional standards, thriving in a dynamic, performance-driven environment, and supporting agency growth through influence and operational ownership.

Required qualifications include an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license, prior experience as a licensed insurance agent, insurance producer, or insurance account manager, a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets, demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage responsibilities with high accountability, strong objection-handling, closing, and communication skills, and a professional phone presence and confident client interaction.

Work structure includes a full-time position, an on-site role within a structured agency office environment, and a performance-based compensation model.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced licensed insurance professional who values accountability, independence, and performance-based growth. If you bring leadership maturity, a strong production mindset, and the ability to manage client relationships at a high level, we encourage you to apply. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
