As a business leader with a Bachelor's in Business and Finance from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and experience in the finance industry at GE, I understand the importance of professional development and career growth. Beyond the office, my wife Shelly and I are actively involved in the Mukwonago and Greenfield communities, volunteering at Section Elementary School, St. John's Church, and the Salvation Army Food Pantry with our three sons. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
