Acute Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist

Northwest Specialty Hospital seeks an Acute Rehab Physical Therapist for our inpatient unit on a per diem basis. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, designing evidence-based, goal-oriented care plans that promote mobility, safety, and functional independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and case management, provide patient and family education, document accurately in the EMR, and uphold our patient-first culture focused on compassion, accountability, and clinical excellence.
