A confidential behavioral health organization in St. Charles, Illinois is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Medical Director with a strong background in addiction psychiatry and substance use treatment.
The program provides multiple levels of behavioral healthcare, including detoxification, residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services, with approximately 100 total beds/program capacity.
The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys working in an addiction-focused environment and wants to play a meaningful role in clinical quality, treatment planning, and program development.
