Join our team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in Joint Commission-accredited outpatient clinics serving the veteran population. This is an opportunity for a physician who values autonomy, clinical ownership, and a structured, mission-focused environment.

Practice Highlights:

•  100% outpatient adult primary care
•  12 to 14 patients per day
•  Walk-in access built into daily schedule
•  No RVU pressure
•  Manage full scope of chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and lipid disorders
•  Full ownership of patient care including orders, follow-up, and medication management
•  Supervision of 2 NPs and 1 PA
•  High autonomy environment with remote physician collaboration available
•  2 years of experience needed
