Job Description

• Coach Product, Agile, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and UX teams on AI-assisted ways of working.
• Develop and execute the AI-DLC change management, communications, and adoption strategy.
• Build awareness through leadership briefings, town halls, success stories, and learning campaigns.
• Establish AI Champions and Communities of Practice across business and technology teams.
• Measure adoption, behavioral changes, and AI-DLC maturity across product organization.
• Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Produce executive dashboards highlighting adoption, productivity, quality, and business value outcomes.
