Air Medical Sales Manager Compensation

• Base salary in the $100,000-$120,000 range (depending on experience)

Air Medical Sales Manager Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in aviation sales, or transport and medical aviation business development
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities with hospitals, transport programs, critical-care transportation, or time-sensitive aviation providers
• Genuine commitment to meet or exceed client satisfaction
• Experience with in-person sales presentations
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and other key stakeholders, and industry events
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills
• Flexible to work outside normal business hours given the nature of the job
