FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA (USA). Sanford Health is seeking a Full time Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join their team of 7 physicians and 6 APPs in Fargo, North Dakota. The additional surgeon is needed due to our continued practice growth both locally and regionally.

Practice Details:

• 182 24 hour shifts/year, flexible scheduling, covering the hospital and urgent/emergent OR cases

• Academic appointment through the University of North Dakota School of Medicine is available

• Research opportunities and support services are available

• Region's only Level I ACS verified Adult Trauma Center

• Davinci XI and DV5 robot available

Compensation
Urology Hospitalist - Fargo
Competitive compensation package includes:

• Shift rate of $3,997 per 24-hour shift equating to $727,450 per year for 182 shifts at 1.0 FTE

• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if physician remains a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
