About the Clinician's Workday The anatomic and clinical pathologist will provide diagnostic pathology services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with call responsibilities during weeknights and weekends. Daily case volume includes 25-40 surgical pathology cases, 3-4 cytopathology cases, and 2-3 FNA cases per day. Responsibilities encompass surgical pathology sign-out, cytopathology sign-out, rapid onsite examination of cytology specimens, and frozen section analysis; grossing procedures are not required for this assignment. Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology is required, and candidates must hold an active New Jersey medical license.
