- 1:8 weekend call schedule
- Protected post-call day off
- $200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses
- Bread and butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, and healthy pediatric cases
- No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
- Strong collaborative relationships with Departments of Surgery and Nursing
- Comfortable call with low callback rate
- Protected post-call days off
- 3-day weekend following post-weekend call
- Total Initial Compensation Package: $665K - $695K
- $550K - $580K base compensation, commensurate with experience
- $100K starting and retention bonuses
- $15K paid relocation
- $200k student loan repayment option
- 403(b) and 457(b) retirement options, HSA option
- 8 - 10 weeks of paid time off (vacation + CME)
