Architectural Project Manager

Lderach North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of retail development projects. This role will oversee permitting, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. This position will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.

What You Can Expect

• Manage permitting submissions and approvals, including tracking and coordination with authorities
• Conduct mall and jurisdictional due diligence to determine project requirements and approval processes
• Review architectural and MEP drawings for compliance with company, landlord, and local standards
• Coordinate site surveys, including scheduling consultants and distributing documentation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and landlords across the project lifecycle
• Track project milestones and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain timelines
• Support construction and store development teams with technical review and coordination

What We Expect From You

• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, and MEP systems
• Experience managing permitting processes and coordinating with jurisdictions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to review plans and identify discrepancies and compliance issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with shopping malls, retail landlords, and commercial permitting authorities
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Background in architectural project management
