The Assembler 1 is responsible for loading, operating, and unloading packaging equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Build kits and packages per SWS sheet
Operate RF sealer per SWS sheet
Verify kits and packages are sealed correctly
Verify production quantities manually and with a scale
Verify stock ticket is completed correctly
Accurately complete scrap tickets
Accurately complete daily production sheet
Accurately update hourly goal board
Maintain production pace and standards
Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
Practice 5Ss
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Able to count and compare numbers
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
