IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Assemble, test, and rework kits and sub-assemblies using blueprints, MOS, or SPP documentation

  • Perform in-process inspections to maintain high product quality

  • Meet productivity, scrap, and rework targets

  • Read and interpret assembly documentation, part numbers, and specifications

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles

  • Ensure inventory accuracy and follow Kanban and FIFO processes

  • Safely handle materials and maintain proper storage standards

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to improve processes and product quality


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1+ year of assembly experience preferred

  • Basic computer and keyboard skills

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and work instructions

  • Experience using hand and power tools

  • Ability to stand/walk up to 90% of the shift

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work safely with chemicals as required


ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • This role is part of a conversion process from a contingent worker to a full-time position

  • No interview required for qualified internal conversion candidates

  • Background check and drug screening required prior to start

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $17.50 - $18.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
