Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform mechanical or electrical assembly tasks meeting quality and productivity standards

Read and interpret prints and basic schematics

Operate basic calibration and power tools

Perform drilling and tapping operations

Maintain pace with production demands

Support training of new or junior assemblers

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Work Experience

High school diploma or GED

COMPETENCIES

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Moderate mechanical aptitude

Proficient use of hand and power tools

Moderate print reading skills

Basic production pacing skills

Compensation Information:

$19.00/hr
