Assembler III

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

5+ years of mechanical assembly, electro mechanical assembly, or machine build experience

Experience in medical device, automation, capital equipment, or regulated manufacturing preferred

Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, 3D models, and assembly documentation

Proficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and torque tools

Experience with ERP/MRP systems, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting

Experience with prototype builds, first article assemblies, and ECO implementation preferred

Responsibilities

:Lead assembly of complex automation systems, custom machinery, and precision mechanical assemblie

sInterpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and BOMs to support build

sPerform alignment, calibration, fitting, and tolerance verification on precision equipmen

tTroubleshoot mechanical, fit up, and tolerance stack issues and implement corrective action

sSupport prototype builds, first article assemblies, and engineering change

sMentor junior assemblers and work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality team
