Assembler
Apply NowWe are seeking an Assembler I to be responsible for assembling parts and components according to our manufacturing operating procedures. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities
Use hand and/or power tools (such as wire stripper, crimper, drills, soldering station) to assemble and/or package a complete product from scratch or sub-assemblies
Acknowledge and communicate product rejects/non-conforming items to production leads to resolve
Receive and maintain certified trained status for updated revisions in all relevant Production Lines and their individual stations
Document production activities accurately and promptly
Report any issues or defects to the production lead/supervisor immediately
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional activities as needed
Work schedule may include shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands
Consistently maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience / Skills / Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English, as well as verbal instructions, to complete assignments in a timely manner
Strong work ethic, ability to take direction, and willingness to ask questions when clarity is needed
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand, walk, and work with hands for extended periods
Ability to plan, track, and complete assignments in a timely mannerAbility to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
Desired Qualifications
1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience
Experience with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
