Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hour (competitive, based on experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to ensuring products meet company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and finished goods
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection criteria
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Identify defects and non-conformances and report findings to the appropriate teams
Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1+ year of quality control inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
