This role in summary
Currently, we are seeking qualified Production Operators to join our Assembly Organization on 2nd shift.
- The starting salary is $20.85/hour
- $1.25/ hour shift premium for 2nd shift
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000 total
$800 at 90 days
$1,200 at 180 days
- Paid time off (PTO) up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date)
- Benefits on day one (medical, dental vision)

Your responsibilities will include

- Continuously stand or walk (up to 12 hours per day)
- Bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently
- Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
- Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
- Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products etc.
Minimum requirements
- 1 - years of consistent work history
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Provide a high school diploma or GED;
- Be subject to and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of their work in a safety-minded environment
- Must provide a resume
Preferred skills and experiences
- 3 - months manufacturing experience, assembly preferred;
- Associates Degree
