Assembly Technician (Local) (Hiring Immediately)

Essential Functions * Responsible for production and processing of flight avionics and harnesses, mechanical and electrical integration to high level work/rework instructions. * Solders and reworks fine pitch components and discrete components as small as 0402 size. * Constructs flight harness elements on hardware, including crimping conductors for connectors in accordance with NASA and IPC standards and Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) mitigation and control.
