Arby's Restaurant - 3973 Lemay Ferry Road - Responsibilities: Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant; Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests; Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards; Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls; Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
