Assistant Manager

Job Title

Manages a staff of approximately 3-5 people

Provides on-the-job training for all employees

Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales and service of food

Forecast food items. Estimates what amount of each food item will be consumed per shift

Completes daily food preparation including closing food preparation, slicing and bread production

Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness

Completes daily and weekly paperwork

Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during shift

Performs other related duties as required

Must be able to speak, read, write English language fluently. Understand use of personal computer of various software such as Excel and Word

Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds

The position is 4 evenings from 3-10pm and 1 am shift from 6-3am
