Assistant Nurse Manager

Methodist Health System is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Emergency Department in Healthcare & Medical Services. In this leadership role, you will support the Nurse Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and patient flow to ensure safe, high‑quality, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, mentoring nurses, assisting with performance evaluations, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong emergency/critical care experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to our values of integrity, compassion, and accountability.
