Assistant Nurse Manager

Novant Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide frontline leadership to nursing staff, ensure high-quality, safe patient care, and support adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, mentor and develop nurses, and help drive process improvements.
