What You'll Do
As an Assistant Program Coordinator, you will:
Assist with the oversight and daily operations of a Community Living Arrangement (CLA). Support individuals in achieving meaningful daily activities, personal goals, and greater independence. Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Residential Specialists while supporting staff development and compliance. Coordinate medical appointments, medication management activities, documentation review, and regulatory compliance requirements. Conduct program oversight activities including quality inspections, fire drills, scheduling support, incident management, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant home environment.

Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and access to a reliable vehicle Current vehicle insurance Ability to use basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
Preferred:
One year of experience in human services or a related field Experience supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses Supervisory or leadership experience Experience with electronic documentation systems and regulatory compliance
Schedule
Full-Time Flexible schedule based on program needs Some evenings and weekends may be required Participation in an on-call rotation required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, climb stairs, and assist individuals as needed Ability to drive a vehicle and operate adaptive equipment when necessary Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
