St. Coletta of Wisconsin seeks an Assistant Residential Manager for 2nd shift, every other weekend, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based group home. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll provide direct care, coach and support staff, assist with scheduling, and help ensure person-centered plans are followed. Responsibilities include medication administration, ADL support, behavior support, documentation, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. You’ll collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams while promoting dignity, independence, and inclusion for each individual served.
