Assistant Store Manager

Greer's Markets - - Responsibilities: Primary duty is management of overall store operations in the absence of the Store Director.; Assists Store Director in coordinating safety practices in store to ensure that the Company's safety and health initiatives are implemented and communicated to all Associates.; Maintains and controls inventory levels in the backroom areas and on the sales floor per Company standards.; Participates in training and hiring of store Associates and provides guidance to Department Managers.; Oversees department schedules to ensure appropriate staffing and adequate coverage within payroll budget.
