Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and dependable Certified Medication Technician (CMT). The ideal candidate will administer medications safely, assist residents with daily living activities, and ensure a high standard of care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications accurately and in a timely manner.


• Document medication administration and resident responses per policy.


• Report any changes in resident condition or medication reactions to the charge nurse or supervisor.


• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as required.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.


• Uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.


• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others.


• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.


• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
