A leading national defense litigation firm is looking to add a Litigation Attorney to its NYC team.

This opportunity is open to attorneys with backgrounds in Professional Liability, General Liability, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, and other complex litigation practices.

What You’ll Work On

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation
• Develop case strategy alongside experienced litigators and partners
• Work directly with clients on sophisticated defense matters
• Gain meaningful trial advocacy and litigation experience

Practice Areas: Professional Liability | General Liability | Commercial Litigation | Insurance Defense | Medical Malpractice & Healthcare | Product Liability | Transportation | Complex Tort & Casualty

You do not need experience in every practice area. Attorneys with strong litigation experience in one or more of these areas are encouraged to explore the opportunity.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $175,000 – $210,000 [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
