Retina Vitreous Associates of Florida (RVAF) is a physician-owned, retina-only practice seeking a board-certified/board-eligible vitreoretinal surgeon to join our thriving team in Tampa Bay, Florida.

We are an independent practice not affiliated with private equity, offering a clear partnership track and long-term career growth. RVAF is home to one of the largest clinical trial programs in the United States, with a strong commitment to both innovation and exceptional patient care.

We are seeking a motivated physician who values clinical excellence, collaboration, and long-term growth, with an interest in participating in our clinical research program. Experience or interest in uveitis or ocular oncology is a plus, though all qualified applicants will be considered.
