Associate Sales Representative

Share the same territory as the capital sales rep (mini quota)

Lead generation

Meeting with staff and surgeons to find out what products they are currently using and to gain interest in using the company's robotic system.

The Day-to-Day Will Involve:

Work with the Robotics Sales Representative to develop a territory plan that outlines sales objectives tailored to the local market

Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals

Support regional Sales and Marketing development events that create product awareness and procedure adoption

Working with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the preferably in the Medical Device industry

Prior B2B sales exp, med device- running trays, supporting cases, driving sales and OR exp

Knowledge of the Operating Room/Hospital environment

Ability to travel up to 75%

Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area

Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance, involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations

2-3+ years of sales experience

Call Points: Urologists, hospitals, hospital staff, and office staff

Territory: New York

Compensation:

Base:85K VARIABLE COMP 50K total comp-135K at plan, uncapped, car allowance, Full expenses, 401K, medical/dental, etc., Stock at sign on
