Attorney (Labor & Employment Associate)

We're recruiting for an associate with 3-5 years’ experience in handling various labor and employment matters including defense of EEOC claims, civil litigation in state and federal courts, general employment counseling. Additionally, should be familiar with employment discrimination matters, wage and hour disputes, unfair labor practice claims and immigration. The position is located in the Baltimore, Maryland office of a Mid Sized Firm.

Candidates must be admitted in Maryland and DC with preference given to candidates also admitted in Virginia.

The salary range is $170,000 - $185,000 commensurate with experience.
