The firm handles a broad range of plaintiff and defense-side matters across multiple litigation and transactional practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and support a diverse caseload across multiple litigation practice areas
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and factual investigations
• Assist with hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Manage case files, calendaring, deadlines, and litigation support tasks
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and insurance carriers
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active membership in good standing with a State Bar (relevant to office location)
- 2+ years of legal experience preferred (strong early-career attorneys will be considered)
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $350,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
