Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries promptly
• Follow up with potential customers through phone, text, and email
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Build relationships with customer and provide excellent service
• Work closely with the sales team to help drive dealership sales

Qualifications

• Previous automotive BDC or car sales experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Customer service and sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
