Advantage Buick, GMC & Cadillac of Hodgkins is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our fast-paced retail team. This role offers strong earning potential, ongoing training, and a supportive environment where youll help customers find the right vehicle and navigate financing options.
Bilingual candidatesespecially Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, or Russianare strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers from greeting to vehicle delivery
- Provide multilingual support when applicable
- Learn Buick, GMC & Cadillac products and features
- Manage the sales process including test drives, trade-ins, pricing, and paperwork
- Coordinate financing with the finance team
- Build customer relationships through follow-up and service
- Meet sales goals and maintain CRM records
Qualifications:
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual skills a strong plus
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and tech-comfortable
- Valid drivers license with acceptable record
