Job Opportunity at John Amato CDJR

John Amato CDJR is seeking an energetic, talented, aggressive, driven, career-minded individual to join our award-winning team. Are you currently a Sales Manager with F&I experience? Some of your daily duties include:

  • Bringing high energy daily
  • Talking with our customers in person or on the phones
  • Doing follow-up with our sales people
  • Must understand the road to the sale and have a good feel for the heartbeat of a deal
  • Must be able to effectively manage a sales team
  • Must be able to train and coach a young sales team
  • Must be able to set the tone and energy for the sales floor
  • Must understand how to structure a deal -- both prime and subprime
  • Can submit deals to lenders
  • Fill in as a Business Manager when needed at least once a week
