As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, guiding them through the exciting process of finding and purchasing their ideal vehicle. Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest features, specifications, and technologies of Hyundai and Genesis vehicles to provide accurate information to customers.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively showcasing the benefits of our Hyundai and Genesis models.
• Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives to give customers a firsthand experience of the superior quality and performance of our vehicles.
• Follow-up: Maintain contact with potential customers through follow-up calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including finance and service departments, to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about product updates.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a strong sales background and a passion for automobiles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing an exceptional buying experience.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Basic understanding of financing and leasing options (training will be provided).

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
