AVP Technical Team Manager

FM is seeking an AVP Technical Team Manager to lead a high-performing engineering and approvals team. In this leadership role, you’ll manage complex technical projects, ensure quality and compliance with internal standards, and guide engineers in evaluating products and systems. You will own resource planning, coaching, and performance management, while collaborating across functions to meet client and business needs. The AVP will drive continuous process improvement and provide expert technical guidance.
