MCL Talent Partners is recruiting motivated individuals for a premier client in the Wichita area. Meet face-to-face with local business owners to help them with supplemental insurance benefits for their employees. No door-to-door sales.

Day-to-Day

• Consult with business owners and managers.
• Deliver benefit presentations.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Support enrollments and ongoing service.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• No insurance experience needed.

Compensation Support

• Uncapped commissions + bonuses.
